Aims

• Helping our children to be a part of the church family.
• Making friendships with other children.
• Exploring Bible stories together.
• Beginning or developing a special relationship with Jesus

What

Last year we explored : Jesus meeting others (in the book of Mark). Samuel, Saul, David & Goliath, Solomon, Elijah, Esther, Jeremiah, the Christmas story, the Beatitudes , The Lost Sheep and the Easter story.

Each Sunday we begin by sharing stories about the previous week (everyone is very keen to take part), we have a snack and sing enthusiastically to recorded worship songs. We share a Bible story, play a game and engage in some craft

Sometimes we learn a memory verse and we talk about

about mission, focusing on SRPC families who serve God in other countries.

We have a great group of children who very regularly attend and they are eager to join in. Our numbers have almost doubled, thanks to the recent arrival of some new families; we have been especially delighted to welcome these children.
